A variety of facilities at Ashmole Primary are available for hire to clubs and organisations, both in the evenings and at weekends. Facilities include a hall, a 5-a-side football/ basketball/ netball multi-use games area (MUGA). In certain circumstances classrooms may also be let for educational activities. Facilities are only available for sporting and educational activities.

Ashmole Primary is a chewing gum-free, dog-free & smoking-free site.

All new lettings will be vetted in line with safer recruitment principals' including DBS, Public Liability Insurance, First Aider Certificate checks. v

Lettings

The hall, community room, 14 classrooms and MUGA are available to let out to the community. There are no floodlights on the MUGA. The school opening times will be 7.00am till 6pm.  The school will also be let at the weekends to other organisations and language schools. In the evenings there can be adult learning activities as long as these activities are covered by a caretaker on site (who is First Aid trained), such as fitness classes/ yoga during the week. The hall can also be used for badminton.

All lettings are supervised by the Caretaker appointed by the Primary School or the lettings duty manager, again appointed by the Primary School.
