Ashmole Primary School now has its very own 'School Council'. Each class has two representatives, voted for by their own class, who take on their responsibilities with pride. The children on the School Council are very easy to spot as they wear a special badge each day, that way other children know that they can speak to them about anything that may be concerning them. The School Council are working on a long-term project: Friendship. During School Council meetings, there have been many good ideas about what we can do as a school to make sure everyone is friendly, kind and helpful to all. School Council are also very involved in charity events. Recently, they were very helpful during our BBC Children in Need Bring and Buy Sale. They helped to organise all the donations that were brought in and helped set up the sale too! We look forward to seeing what else we can do when we work together as a team.
